If you are a hands-on IT leader with a passion for innovation and driving business impact through technology, we are looking for you!
Aligned with the Global Team, you will be responsible for bringing to life the Spanish IT strategy and support its growth, working cross functional with all our offices at Barcelona, Madrid, Granada, Alava, Galicia, Asturias and Castellón, with currently +300 employees at a high-speed growth.
This role will be based in our Barcelona office, with a hybrid model of three remote workdays per week.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Define and execute the company’s IT strategy aligned with business goals.
- Manage and coordination the IT team, providing guidance and motivation.
- Assign tasks, set objectives, and follow up of projects and operations.
- Propose technological improvements to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of networks, servers, hardware, and software.
- Oversee technical support and helpdesk services to ensure smooth operations for internal users.
- Manage IT budgets and ensure cost control.
- Lead and deliver IT projects, proposing improvements to ensure successful implementation and adoption across the organization
- Ensure IT security policies, compliance with data protection regulations, and business continuity measures.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- You are familiar with Windows domain management, Exchange, and Office 365 environments.
- You are familiar with Windows workstations and Windows Server operating systems.
- You have good communication skills.
- You have great experience leading a team.
- You are both fluent in English and Spanish.
